A request is one tool call.
Your agent asks “is anyone asking for a self-hosted Calendly?” Reddibee searches six communities, classifies forty threads, and returns the ones that are real asks. That is one request. So is a rules check on a single subreddit. You are billed for questions, not for how much comes back.

What counts as one request?
One tool call from your agent. If your agent asks for demand evidence across six communities and gets forty threads back, that is one request. You are never billed per item, per source, or per token.
When does the daily cap reset?
At midnight UTC. Your dashboard shows how many requests you have used today and when the next reset is.
What happens when I hit the cap?
The tool returns a clear error with the reset time, and your agent tells you. Nothing is queued or silently dropped. On Free you can wait for the reset or upgrade; the new cap applies immediately.
Which agents does it work with?
Anything that speaks MCP over Streamable HTTP: Claude Code, Claude Desktop, claude.ai, Cursor, and ChatGPT. Setup is one config block with your key. There is also a Claude Code plugin that adds the config for you.
Do I need a Reddit account or API key?
No. Reddibee reads the sources through its own official API access and applies each platform’s content policies. You only need a Reddibee key.
Does it ever post, reply, vote, or DM?
Never. Every tool is read-only and returns structured data with permalinks. There is no code path that writes to Reddit, X, Hacker News or Product Hunt.
Can I see what my agent asked?
Yes. The dashboard logs every request with the tool name, timestamp and status, so you can see what used your quota.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel any time from Settings and keep access until the end of the period. Refunds follow the refund policy: email within 14 days of your first charge on a plan and we refund it in full, no questions.
Is there a team plan?
Not yet. Pro keys are unlimited, so a small team can share one today. If you need separate keys and billing per person, email us and we will set it up by hand.
